Event Cancellation and Refund Arrangements:
Due to inclement weather conditions, Freespace Jazz Fest: Jazzscapes on 6 October 2023 (Friday) at 6:30pm, 7 October 2023 (Saturday) at 7:00pm and 8 October 2023 (Sunday) at 7:00pm have been cancelled. Please note that ticket holders are entitled to a full refund subject to the following procedures.

Tickets purchased by credit card:
A full refund will automatically be deposited to the same credit card account within 8 weeks from 30 October 2023. (No refund in cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by credit card.)

Tickets purchased by cash / Octopus:
Please present your physical tickets at the Xiqu Centre ticket office during business hours* between 30 October and 29 November 2023. Cash refunds will be made upon submission of tickets, completed refund request form (obtainable at the ticket office) and signature to acknowledge receipt.
