Event Cancellation and Refund Arrangements:
Due to inclement weather conditions, Freespace Jazz Fest: Mischievous Boy on 8 October 2023 (Sunday) at 11:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm have been cancelled. Please note that ticket holders are entitled to a full refund subject to the following procedures.

Tickets purchased by credit card:
A full refund will automatically be deposited to the same credit card account within 8 weeks from 30 October 2023. (No refund in cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by credit card.)

Tickets purchased by cash / Octopus:
Please present your physical tickets at the Xiqu Centre ticket office during business hours* between 30 October and 29 November 2023. Cash refunds will be made upon submission of tickets, completed refund request form (obtainable at the ticket office) and signature to acknowledge receipt.

*Our ticketing hotline (852) 2200 0022 and Xiqu Centre ticket office are open from 10am to 9pm daily. (Please call ahead of your visit or check our website to confirm opening arrangements.)
