Event Cancellation and Refund Arrangements:
Due to inclement weather conditions, this workshop originally scheduled on 8 October 2023 (Sunday) has been cancelled. Ticket buyers are entitled to a full refund subject to the following procedure:

Tickets Purchased by Credit Card:
A full refund will automatically be deposited to the same credit card account within 8 weeks from 23 October 2023. (No refund in cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by credit card.)

Tickets purchased by cash / Octopus:
Please present your tickets at the Xiqu Centre ticket office during business hours (Open from 10am to 9pm daily) between 23 October and 22 November 2023. Cash refunds will be made upon submission of tickets, completed refund request form (obtainable at the ticket office) and signature to acknowledge receipt.
