Event Cancellation and Refund Arrangements:
Due to adverse weather, we regret to inform you that the programme 'Ginger Snaps & Short' on 8 October 2023 (Sunday) 7:30pm at M+ Cinema has been cancelled.

Please note ticket holders are entitled to full refunds subject to the following procedures.

Tickets Purchased with Credit Card:
A full refund will be automatically deposited to the same credit card account within eight weeks from 23 October 2023 (no refund in cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased with a credit card).

Tickets purchased with cash / Octopus:
Please present your physical tickets at the M+ Cinema ticket desk during opening hours* between 23 October 2023 and 22 November 2023.  

Cash refunds will be made upon the submission of tickets, a completed refund request form (obtainable at the ticket desk), and signature to acknowledge receipt.

*Opening Hours:
Fridays: 3:00pm–9:00pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 12:00nn–9:00pm

Tickets redeemed with M+ Cinema Redemption Voucher:
Please present your physical tickets at the M+ Membership Desk during museum opening hours between 23 October 2023 and 22 November 2023 for a new M+ Cinema redemption voucher.
