Event Cancellation and Refund Arrangements:
Due to inclement weather conditions, Friends of Hong Kong Association Presents: Magic Tea House 2.0 – Dreams of the Future on 8 October 2023 (Sunday) at 2:30pm has been cancelled. Please note that ticket holders are entitled to a full refund subject to the following procedures.

Tickets Purchased by Credit Card:
A full refund will automatically be deposited to the same credit card account within 8 weeks from 23 October 2023. (No refund in cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by credit card.)

Tickets purchased by cash / Octopus:
Please present your physical tickets at the Xiqu Centre ticket office during business hours* between 23 October and 22 November 2023.

Cash refunds will be made upon submission of tickets, completed refund request form (obtainable at the ticket office) and signature to acknowledge receipt.

*Our ticketing hotline (852) 2200 0022 and Xiqu Centre ticket office are open from 10am to 9pm daily. (Please call ahead of your visit or check our website to confirm opening arrangements.)

Due to inclement weather conditions, Friends of Hong Kong Association Presents: Magic Tea House 2.0 – Dreams of the Future originally scheduled for 8 September 2023, 7:30pm in the Tea House Theatre, Xiqu Centre, has been cancelled. The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the Authority) is offering a full refund to all ticket holders.

Tickets Purchased by Credit Card:
A full refund will automatically be deposited to the same credit card account within 8 weeks from 25 September 2023. For further enquiries, please call 2200 0022, or email the Authority at ticketinfo@wkcda.hk.

Tickets purchased by cash / Octopus:
Ticket holders shall present physical tickets at the Xiqu Centre ticket office during business hours between 25 September and 24 October 2023. 

Cash refunds will be made upon submission of tickets and a completed and signed refund request form (obtainable at the ticket office) to acknowledge receipt.
