Nestled within the Art Park, PANO gets its name from the restaurant’s panoramic ocean views. The Asian-French fine dining experience stretches over a two-storied standalone space that flows into a breezy alfresco area. Natural light floods into the deep blue interior through airy floor-to-ceiling windows, which offering a sweeping view of the Art Park and the promenade.

Highlights include PANO’s Red Prawn Carpaccio, Sea Urchin Risotto and Grilled French Quail, but for an immersive taste of the restaurant’s fare, opt for their ten-course tasting menu, which features starters such as Applewood Smoked Organic Broccoli Royale with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, and mouthwatering mains like the Allspice Maltose French Pigeon with Shallot Purée.

                            XIA

XIA is a Chinese teahouse that adds creativity to palace food culture. The Kangxi and Qianlong emperors made six visits to the south of the Yangtze River, during which they observed local customs and tasted regional delicacies. Inspired by history, XIA presents classic palace and folk dishes at affordable prices.

From Empress Dowager Cixi’s favourite sweet pea cake to braised duck with lotus seeds, the Qianlong Emperor’s best-loved stewed bird's nest to local specialities such as Chongqing noodles—at the Museum, visitors will not only enjoy the sight of palace tressures in the galleries, but also taste the delectable cuisines once relished by the imperial family.

Peony Garden serves quintessentially Hong Kong comfort food classics at Hong Kong’s new Chinese arts.

Paying tribute to Chinese opera culture, Peony Garden, or ‘You Yuan Cha Ji’ in Chinese, is named after The Peony Pavilion, a masterpiece of Chinese literature and kunqu by famous playwright Tang Xian-zu. Peony Garden complements the venue’s cultural theme with a tribute to traditional Hong Kong food art, from local comfort food and tea house favourites, to hawker street-food snacks.

Brewing since 1991, LockCha Tea Shop started as a store selling loose tea leaves in Hong Kong. Three decades on, the tea house has grown into a reputable brand with multiple branches selling fine tea, teaware and snacks across Hong Kong, and an online presence that delivers quality Chinese tea and wares to tea lovers worldwide.

LockCha gets its name from the romanisation of “樂”, which means happiness and fortune, and “茶”, the Chinese character for “tea”. Firm believers in fair trade, its founder, Ip Wing-chi, and his veteran sourcing specialists purchase first-rate tea leaves from small tea farmers, journeying across China and Taiwan in search of the finest tea. The brand sends its tea leaves to third-party laboratories for assessment before putting them on the shelves.

Their philosophy for good tea is simple: delicious, healthy, authentic, and worth the money. If that resonates with you, stop by their Xiqu Centre shop for everything you will need to create the ultimate at-home tea experience.
