CVIEW is located on the 16th floor of the M+ in Hong Kong, boasting a prime location that offers a stunning view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour in West Kowloon. The restaurant presents a range of dishes with flavors from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. Led by the star chef with a careful selection of seasonal ingredients and exceptional culinary skills, the restaurant brings out the true essence of traditional recipes.
The origin of the name is that C stands for China, Chinese Cuisine, Culture and Creativity. The meaning of CView is like the Chinese character "華" which has both vertical and horizontal structures. It symbolises the different variety and diversity of Chinese cultures and their extension to the world. The restaurant's interior design features Chinese screens and lines that embody this concept, creating a fusion of Chinese culinary and cultural elements with the stunning view of Victoria Harbour.
CVIEW highly recommends a selection of exquisite dishes, including the precious Steamed Fresh Water Herring, Huadiao Wine Marinated “Drunken” Chicken and Deep-fried Sweet & Sour Mandarin Fish with Pine Nut.
