延伸講座有關創意實踐改善健康的討論，「TS忍者道場」工作坊串連街頭運動與形體藝術，激活體能。

 

本工作坊由鐵仕製作（TS Crew）主持，抽取跳躍、跑步、滾動、跑酷及武術元素，糅合形體表達和舞蹈練習。活動以「忍者體能挑戰」的遊戲形式展開，設置不同關卡，讓參加者從中考驗及理解各自的身體潛能。

 

在「藝術與健康」主題之下，另設「活在動作中」工作坊，以及免費講座「今天我好嗎？」。歡迎公眾報名參與。

 

有關越台
「越台」是一系列由不同領域創意人才主持的文化活動，通過緊扣日常的主題分享，跨越舞台上下的界限，與平日較少接觸表演藝術的公眾一同探索把創意融入生活的樂趣。

 

本年度三大主題涵蓋健康、幽默、遊玩，通過藝術促進身心平衡，重整生活節奏。每個主題均以講座啟航，附設工作坊和體驗活動，通過結合知識與實踐的歷程，全方位探索藝術如何應用於生活。

  • Participants are required to move and may interact with each other in the venue. Please wear comfortable clothing (in pants) and sport shoes.
