延伸講座有關創意實踐與身心靈健康的討論，「活在動作中」工作坊借用聲音和形體元素，發掘日常生活中安身寧心的細節。

 

本工作坊以一天之中的不同時間為靈感，探索各種身心狀態，以回應萬變的處境。在振頻聲療師劉妙芬的頌缽音頻引導下，身心動作教育家梁嘉能帶領參加者感受流動，練習平衡，重拾內心自身與外在世界的連結。

 

在「藝術與健康」主題之下，另設「TS忍者道場」工作坊，以及免費講座「今天我好嗎？」。歡迎公眾報名參與。

 

有關越台
「越台」是一系列由不同領域創意人才主持的文化活動，通過緊扣日常的主題分享，跨越舞台上下的界限，與平日較少接觸表演藝術的公眾一同探索把創意融入生活的樂趣。

 

本年度三大主題涵蓋健康、幽默、遊玩，通過藝術促進身心平衡，重整生活節奏。每個主題均以講座啟航，附設工作坊和體驗活動，通過結合知識與實踐的歷程，全方位探索藝術如何應用於生活。

Suitable for ages 16 and above.

Remarks
  • Participants are required to take off their shoes for movement activities and may need to sit on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.
  • Participants may interact with each other during the workshop.
  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
