10% discount on 1-Day Pass for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and a companion and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients. Ticket holders must present proof of eligibility on admission. Concessionary tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.

After the first day of online sale, any remaining tickets will also be available at Xiqu Centre Ticket Office and M+ Cinema Ticket Counter from 25 February 2023 (Saturday), and at Freespace Ticket Office during the festival period.

Operating hours and details

• You are recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts. 
• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
• House rules:
  • Please do not bring tripods or selfie sticks.
  • Please do not bring flags or flagpoles.
  • Please do not bring light boards or banners larger than A2 Size (420 X 594mm).
  • Please do not bring large luggage.
  • Please do not bring glass bottles.
  • Please do not bring foldable chairs or stools.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the venue.
  • Erection of tents is not allowed in the venue.
  • Usage of laser pointers is not allowed in the venue.
  • Usage of drones is not allowed in the venue.
  • Pets (except guide dogs and assistance dogs) are not allowed in the venue.
  • Selling and distributing souvenirs are not allowed in the venue.
  • Audiences are required to wear the admission wristband, which is redeemed by ticket at the door. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.

If a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is in force three hours before the start of the event, the event will be cancelled.
