供用皇家的器皿，堪称是当代珍品。有独特品味与喜好的皇帝，更会透过亲身督造、拣选的机制，追求技术与美学的新境。本次讲座拟以宋徽宗的汝窑青瓷、明成祖的甜白瓷、清圣祖康熙帝的珐琅彩瓷三种不同风格瓷器，析述皇帝品味为瓷器烧造所开创的新局。
