延伸讲座有关创意实践改善健康的讨论，「TS忍者道场」工作坊串连街头运动与形体艺术，激活体能。

 

本工作坊由铁仕制作（TS Crew）主持，抽取跳跃、跑步、滚动、跑酷及武术元素，糅合形体表达和舞蹈练习。活动以「忍者体能挑战」的游戏形式展开，设置不同关卡，让参加者从中考验及理解各自的身体潜能。

 

在「艺术与健康」主题之下，另设「活在动作中」工作坊，以及免费讲座「今天我好吗？」。欢迎公众报名参与。

 

有关越台
「越台」是一系列由不同领域创意人才主持的文化活动，通过紧扣日常的主题分享，跨越舞台上下的界限，与平日较少接触表演艺术的公众一同探索把创意融入生活的乐趣。

 

本年度三大主题涵盖健康、幽默、游玩，通过艺术促进身心平衡，重整生活节奏。每个主题均以讲座启航，附设工作坊和体验活动，通过结合知识与实践的历程，全方位探索艺术如何应用于生活。
