延伸讲座有关创意实践与身心灵健康的讨论，「活在动作中」工作坊借用声音和形体元素，发掘日常生活中安身宁心的细节。

 

本工作坊以一天之中的不同时间为灵感，探索各种身心状态，以回应万变的处境。在振频声疗师刘妙芬的颂钵音频引导下，身心动作教育家梁嘉能带领参加者感受流动，练习平衡，重拾内心自身与外在世界的连结。

 

在「艺术与健康」主题之下，另设「TS忍者道场」工作坊，以及免费讲座「今天我好吗？」。欢迎公众报名参与。

 

有关越台
「越台」是一系列由不同领域创意人才主持的文化活动，通过紧扣日常的主题分享，跨越舞台上下的界限，与平日较少接触表演艺术的公众一同探索把创意融入生活的乐趣。

 

本年度三大主题涵盖健康、幽默、游玩，通过艺术促进身心平衡，重整生活节奏。每个主题均以讲座启航，附设工作坊和体验活动，通过结合知识与实践的历程，全方位探索艺术如何应用于生活。

Suitable for ages 16 and above.

Remarks
  • Participants are required to take off their shoes for movement activities and may need to sit on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.
  • Participants may interact with each other during the workshop.
  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
