The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) announced the appointments of the following members to the Commercial Letting Panel under the WKCDA Board for a term of two years from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024.
- Dr Dorothy Chan Yuen Tak-fai
- Mr Ringo Ng Wing-ho
The Board of WKCDA also reappointed Ms Dee Poon Chu-ying, a WKCDA Board member, as a member of the Commercial Letting Panel for another one-year term from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
Working closely with the Board and management of WKCDA, the Commercial Letting Panel is responsible for providing advice to the WKCDA on matters relating to the strategy and implementation of commercial leasing covering Retail, Dining, and Entertainment (RDE) and other tenants in the West Kowloon Cultural District.

The West Kowloon Cultural District is one of the largest and most ambitious cultural projects in the world. Its vision is to create a vibrant new cultural quarter for Hong Kong on forty hectares of reclaimed land located alongside Victoria Harbour. With a varied mix of theatres, performance spaces, and museums, the West Kowloon Cultural District will produce and host world-class exhibitions, performances and cultural events, providing twenty-three hectares of public open space, including a two-kilometre waterfront promenade.
