As Typhoon Signal No. 8 is lowered, the West Kowloon Cultural District (all Ticketing Offices, Freespace, Hong Kong Palace Museum and Xiqu Centre) announces its opening at 2:30pm. M+ is closed on Mondays.
The Art Park will also reopen within three hours; however, certain areas may be cordoned off, subject to assessment for public safety reasons.
