As the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is lowered, the West Kowloon Cultural District (M+, Hong Kong Palace Museum, Xiqu Centre, Freespace, and all Ticket Offices) will re-open at 12:30pm today.
The reopening of Art Park will be subject to the assessment of public safety.
