To facilitate the crowd management measures for Christmas events, the service hours of facilities rental service will be changed to 10:00am–2:30pm on 9–10, 22–26 & 31 December 2023. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Got a question? Phone battery flat? Need a lawn chair? Our park ambassadors at the mobile information booth will be more than happy to assist you with enquiries, provide you information on West Kowloon events and activities, and lend you outdoor furniture, including foldable outdoor chairs and inflatable sofas, portable power banks with charging cables and umbrellas. Some facilities are subject to a refundable deposit, and the lending service may also be adjusted depending on weather condition and availability. The booth is located in the Art Park, near West Kowloon’s waterfront restaurants.
