M+ Acquisitions Committee

Terms of Reference

• To review and approve acquisitions up to the value stated in the Delegations Handbook approved by the WKCDA Board and noted and implemented by the M+ Board;
• To make acquisition recommendations to the M+ Board up to the values delegated to the M+ Board and to the WKCDA Board in relation to acquisitions which exceed the financial approval values delegated to the M+ Board in the Delegations Handbook approved by the WKCDA Board;
• To provide assistance in securing donations and/or sponsorships for the M+ Collection; and
• To provide reports relevant to the M+ Collection to the M+ Board and the WKCDA Board.
