We believe that the arts play a positive role in transforming lives.

That is why we:

• Invite people of all ages, especially youth and families, to explore the arts in its many forms and genres;
• Engage teachers and students to foster creative learning;
• Work with different sectors and communities across Hong Kong to inspire and create new arts opportunities;
• Cultivate and nurture artistic talent, art groups and arts professionals; and
• Provide platforms to enhance and promote innovation, creativity and diversity across art forms.
