西九文化区管理局董事局再度委任辖下商业项目租赁小组主席

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) announces the reappointment of Dr Allan Zeman as Chairman of the Commercial Letting Panel under the WKCDA Board for a term of two years from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2024.

The Commercial Letting Panel is responsible for providing advice to WKCDA on the formulation of strategy and procedures as well as other related matters pertaining to commercial leasing covering Office and RDE (Retail, Dining and Entertainment) facilities.

The West Kowloon Cultural District is one of the largest and most ambitious cultural projects in the world. Its vision is to create a vibrant new cultural quarter for Hong Kong on forty hectares of reclaimed land located alongside Victoria Harbour.
