西九文化区管理局声明

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) has considered the press statement issued by Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited (HCG) in response to the termination of Hsin Chong Construction Company Limited’s (HCC) employment pursuant to M+ Main Works Contract. WKCDA advises that the contents of the statement issued by HCG are not accurate. 
 

In accordance with the procedure set out in the M+ Main Works Contract, the notice of termination was delivered by hand to the designated address of HCC stated in the contract.  HCC has acknowledged the receipt at 5:26pm on Friday, 17 August 2018.
 

WKCDA has nothing to add to its previous statement.
