The Board of M+, a museum of visual culture scheduled to open in 2019 in the West Kowloon Cultural District, met today following its incorporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA), registered under the name of M Plus Museum Limited, with effect from 14 April 2016.

The M+ Board consists of 16 members at present:

Working closely with the senior management of M+, the M+ Board is responsible for formulating the vision and mission, as well as the strategies, policies and guidelines in relation to museological matters and professional standards of operations for the museum.
