For senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and a companion, CSSA recipients, wheelchair users and a companion and full-time students. Ticket holders must present proof of eligibility on admission. Concessions are available on a first come, first served basis.

Package discounts are available for purchases of standard tickets for I am Tree (22–24 and 27–28 December, HK$400 category only), Songs of Innocence and Experience (HK$380 category only) and Post Office in Hell Part 1.

15% discount on single-transaction purchases for one standard ticket for all three programmes.

10% discount on single-transaction purchases for one standard ticket for any two programmes.

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and is available on a first come, first served basis.
