魏灏麟探索如何将戏剧元素融入新来港儿童适应课程，帮助孩子培养信心和沟通能力。计划内容包括于恒常适应课程进行课堂观察、试办戏剧体验课堂和与不同界别的专家访谈。
魏灏麟将于网上分享会展示其研究成果，并提出新戏剧教育课程的方案，促进社区共融及多元文化发展。
Arts Impact创研计划（前称「西九表演艺术教育创研计划」）邀请青年人才构思观众拓展及社区参与计划，以表演艺术影响社会，连结观众及不同社群。魏灏麟为2021年度计划得奖者。
