Invitation for Expression of Interest in Licencing Space for Pop Up Facilities at Art Park in the West Kowloon Cultural District for the Provision and Operation of Food and Beverage / Retail Facilities

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“Authority”) publishes this Invitation for Expression of Interest (“Invitation”) to invite prospective operators to express interest in licencing Pop Up Facilities at Art Park in the West Kowloon Cultural District for the provision and operation of food and beverage / retail facilities. The purpose of this Invitation is for the Authority to assess the interest of prospective operators on a non-committal basis, before inviting them to submit formal proposals.

Collection of Invitation Document:
Interested parties who intend to submit Expression of Interest (“EOI”) should read the Invitation document which can be downloaded by clicking the pdf file attached below.

Closing Date/Time:
All EOI submissions must be sent by email, and MUST be transmitted to the Authority at the following email address no later than 12:00 noon on 8 November 2023 (Wednesday) (Hong Kong Time):

If a rainstorm black warning or typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or remains hoisted between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the closing date, the closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the next working day (i.e. Monday to Friday except public holidays) following the affected closing date.

Late submission may not be accepted.

Enquiries can be made in writing to commercial.leasing@wkcda.hk no later than 2 working days before the closing date. Enquiries made thereafter may not be answered.

Remarks:
All costs and expenses incurred for, or in connection with, any response to this Invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of EOI, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested parties. The Authority shall not be bound to accept or respond to any EOI submissions and reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with, or to cancel this Invitation or to negotiate with any prospective operator.
