An open call for street performers to jazz up Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbour

Enjoying and sharing performing arts make for the perfect leisurely holiday activity in the West Kowloon Cultural District, which has stunning views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s skyline. To inject life and vibrancy to our open spaces, the Street Performance Scheme is now inviting street performers from all backgrounds to share their creative expressions with the public.

For street performers interested in participating in the scheme, please read the "Guidelines for Street Performance Scheme", and fill in and submit the "Application Form for Street Performance Scheme". Both documents can be downloaded from this webpage.  Selected street performers will be granted a six-month permit so that they can pre-book performance sessions at designated spots throughout the Art Park during weekends and public holidays (except dates reserved for special events).
