The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA or the Authority) welcomes and supports the Government’s newly announced ‘Early Vaccination for All’ campaign. In addition to the ongoing facilitative arrangements implemented by the Authority since March 2021 under which WKCDA staff are allowed to take sick leave after each dose of vaccination, WKCDA will make reference to the Government’s vaccination leave arrangement and offer retrospective authorised leave to WKCDA staff who have already received COVID-19 vaccination.
The Authority is committed to developing the West Kowloon Cultural District (the District) to become an international arts and culture hub. It’s important to protect oneself and help build an immune barrier in Hong Kong. WKCDA appeals to its employees to take part in the vaccination programme and looks forward to welcoming visitors from around the world to the District to enjoy the arts and cultural programmes presented by the WKCDA.
