The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) will hold its twenty first meeting on 12 January (Thursday) at 2:30pm. The agenda item is as follows:
- Development of the Hong Kong Palace Museum in the West Kowloon District
The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at the Board Room, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Units 608-613, Level 6, Core C, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong.
Members of the public interested in observing the meeting in the Public Viewing Room at WKCDA are advised to make advance booking of seats before 6pm, 11 January (Wednesday) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel at 2200 0217 during office hours (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for booking. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive no later than 2:45pm on that day; otherwise they will be considered to have forfeited their reservations.
Media Viewing Room will be arranged for media representatives.
The agenda and papers of the meeting have been uploaded to the West Kowloon Cultural District website (www.westkowloon.hk) and will be made available to the public at the meeting. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
