The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) will hold its 30th meeting on 26 July 2021 (Monday) at 2:30 pm. The agenda items are as follows:
- Update on the Development of M+
- Update on the Development of the Hong Kong Palace Museum
- Progress Report of the Working Group on Youth and Community Engagement
The meeting will be held in the Function Room, 9/F, WKCDA Tower, West Kowloon Cultural District, No. 8 Austin Road West, Kowloon. The meeting will be open to public in the public viewing room.
Members of the public interested in observing the meeting are advised to reserve their seats by telephone before 6pm, 23 July (Friday). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for registration. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive WKCDA Tower reception for registration before 2:15 pm, or the seat will be released to persons on the waiting list.
A media viewing room will be arranged for media representatives. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting. Media representatives please RSVP for this meeting in advance by retuning the media reply slip.
Before entering WKCDA Tower, all participants are required to have their body temperature checked and fill in a health declaration form. All participants must wear masks throughout the event.
The agenda and papers of the meeting will be posted on the West Kowloon Cultural District website (www.westkowloon.hk) before the meeting and will be made available to the public onsite.
