The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) will hold its 29th meeting on 27 May 2020 (Wednesday) at 2:30 pm. The agenda items are as follows:
- Update on the Progress of the West Kowloon Cultural District Development
- Progress Report of the Working Group on Youth and Community Engagement
The meeting will be open to the public and will be held in the Board Room, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Units 608-613, Level 6, Core C, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong.
Members of the public interested in observing the meeting in the public viewing room are advised to reserve their seats by telephone before 6pm, 26 May (Tuesday). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for registration. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive before 2:45 pm, or the seat will be released to persons on the waiting list.
A media viewing room will be arranged for media representatives. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
The agenda and papers of the meeting will be posted on the West Kowloon Cultural District website (www.westkowloon.hk) and will be made available to the public onsite.
