The 28th Meeting of the Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority to be held on 2 September

The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the WKCDA) will hold its 28th meeting on 2 September 2019 (Monday) at 12:00 noon. The agenda items are as follows:
 

• Update on the Progress of the ACE (Art, Commerce and Exhibitions) Development Package
• Progress Report of the Working Group on Youth and Community Engagement
   

The meeting will be opened to the public and will be held at the Board Room, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Units 608-613, Level 6, Core C, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong.
 

Members of the public interested in observing the meeting in the public viewing room at the WKCDA are advised to book their seats before 6pm, 30 August (Friday) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel at 2200 0217 during office hours (9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for booking. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive before 12:15 pm or the seat will be released to persons on the waiting list.
 

A media viewing room will be arranged for media representatives. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
