The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) announced the reappointments of the following members to the Xiqu Centre Advisory Panel for a term of two years from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024. The list is as follows:
- Dr Lee Siu-yan
- Mr Liu Kwok-sum
- Ms Ng May-ying
- Mr Se-to Yok (Loong Koon-tin)
- Ms Yip Chung-man
Working closely with the Performing Arts Committee of WKCDA, the Xiqu Centre Advisory Panel is responsible for giving professional advice on strategy and policy development relating to the operations of the Xiqu Centre, as well as talent development, arts education and partnership arrangements to allow the Xiqu Centre to fulfil its vision and mission. About the West Kowloon Cultural District
The West Kowloon Cultural District is one of the largest and most ambitious cultural projects in the world. Its vision is to create a vibrant new cultural quarter for Hong Kong on forty hectares of reclaimed land located alongside Victoria Harbour. With a varied mix of theatres, performance spaces, and museums, the West Kowloon Cultural District will produce and host world-class exhibitions, performances and cultural events, providing twenty-three hectares of public open space, including a two-kilometre waterfront promenade.
