In view of the further extension of social distancing measures applicable to the scheduled premises regulated under Cap. 599F, the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the Authority) announced the following latest arrangements for various venues in the West Kowloon Cultural District (the District):

    1. M+ will remain closed and pre-registration on the designated reservation platform will be suspended until further notice. Visitors who have pre-registered to visit M+ will be notified through email or SMS of the latest closure arrangement. Members of the public can visit the M+ website for the latest information.  Further announcement will be made by the Authority when the social distancing measures are eased and M+ can be reopened to the public.

    2. Performances and programmes to be held on or before 20 April 2022 in the performing arts venues in the District have been rescheduled or cancelled.  Ticketholders should retain their tickets and visit the District’s website for details of rescheduling or refund, which will be announced in due course. Online ticketing and ticketing hotline service (+852 2200 0022) is available.

    3. The Authority is aware of the Government’s announcement that a new ‘vaccine pass’ arrangement would be implemented in full on all scheduled premises regulated under Cap.599F, such as museums and performing arts venues, along with other places of public entertainment, starting from 24 February 2022 onwards.  The Authority will announce the implementation details of the Vaccine Pass in the District before the concerned venues reopen to the public.

Since the pandemic, the Authority has strengthened anti-epidemic measures in all its facilities to ensure the safety of the public and its employees, including increasing the frequency of cleaning public places.

The Authority will continue to comply with the various anti-epidemic regulations and make timely adjustments to venue opening arrangements and programmes.
