The Board of WKCDA appoints and reappoints Members of the M+ Board

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA or the Authority) announces that the Board of WKCDA has appointed Mrs Cindy CHUA-TAY and Ms Anna LIU Li as the new members of the Board of M Plus Museum Limited (M+ Board), a subsidiary wholly-owned by the Authority, for a term of about two years from 24 April 2023 to 31 March 2025.

In addition, the Authority announces that the Board of WKCDA has reappointed the following members to the M+ Board:

Ms Mimi BROWN (from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024)
Ms Wendy LEE
Ms Dee POON Chu-ying

Unless otherwise specified, the terms of the above reappointments are two years from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025.

M Plus Museum Limited is one of WKCDA’s wholly-owned subsidiaries. The M+ Board is responsible for formulating the vision and mission, as well as the strategies, policies and guidelines in relation to museological matters and professional standards of M+’s operations.
