The 32nd Meeting of the Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority will be held on 27 November

The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) will hold its 32nd meeting on 27 November 2023 (Monday) at 2:30pm. The agenda items are as follows:

• Update on the Progress of the West Kowloon Cultural District Development
• Progress Report of the Working Group on Youth and Community Engagement

The meeting will be held in the Function Room, 9/F, WKCDA Tower, West Kowloon Cultural District, No. 8 Austin Road West, Kowloon. The meeting will be open to public in the public viewing room.

Members of the public interested in observing the meeting are advised to reserve their seats by telephone before 6 pm, 25 November (Saturday). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for registration. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive WKCDA Tower reception for registration before 2:15 pm, or the seat will be released to persons on the waiting list.

A media viewing room will be arranged for media representatives. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting. Media representatives please RSVP for this meeting in advance by retuning the media reply slip.

The agenda of the meeting will be posted on the West Kowloon Cultural District website (www.westkowloon.hk) before the meeting and will be made available to the public onsite.
