The Art Park and waterfront promenade are pet friendly spaces and West Kowloon welcomes visitors who want to bring their pets, enjoy the open space and meet with fellow pet owners. Please ensure all pets are kept leashed and under control at all times. (Please note pet access may be limited to some areas during public events).

In addition to the pet-friendly Art Park and waterfront promenade, an off leash Pet Zone where provides a green environment where owners can let their pets play freely. The Pet Zone is fenced with a double-gated entrance, and is equipped with pet waste bins and a water tap. For the enjoyment of other Park users, owners are required to keep their pets on a leash when outside the Pet Zone and reminded to always clean up after their pets.
