Biography
Japanese playwright, theatre director and actor Tsukuda was born in Nagoya in 1964. Known for his absurdist style, he creates outlandish situations that collide with everyday mundanity in his writing, and through this juxtaposition reveals the dark crevices of human nature. His play Shed Skin won the 50th Kishida Prize for Drama.
Norihiko is also known for his on-screen performances in TV series Hanzawa Naoki and DCU.
