Professor Philip Lo is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and has been in the property and construction industry for over 40 years.
He is the past Chairman of Rider Levett Bucknall (China & Hong Kong) from 2010 to 2018 and was Global Board Chairman from 2013 to 2015.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Society, and Chairman of its Human Resources Committee. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee and was a member of the Supervisory Board and the Special Committee on Planning, Design and Construction.
He is an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Real Estate and Construction of the University of Hong Kong and has sit on the Advisory Panels and acted as External Examiners for many universities in Hong Kong.
He is a member of the Campus Development and Planning Committee of the University of Hong Kong and also sits on some of the task force/project groups.
He is a Steward of the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
