Ms Rose Lee is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited, Swire Pacific Limited, and MTR Corporation Limited. She is also a Vice Patron of The Community Chest of Hong Kong and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. She has previously held the positions of Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank Limited, Group General Manager of HSBC Holdings plc, Director of Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. She has also been Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, a Member of The Community Chest of Hong Kong and Deputy Chairman of its Executive Committee, and a Member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Ms Lee was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2014.
