Mr LAM Kin-man is a solicitor and has been involved in community services and government work over decades. He served as Kowloon City District Council Member from 2004-2007, and has been serving as Yau Tsim Mong District Council Member since 2013. Currently, he is serving the constituency of Yau Ma Tei North. He was elected as the Chairman of Yau Tsim Mong District Council for the term 2020-2023.
