Mr Kyrus SIU King-wai is the Director of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC) in Greater China and committed to driving social innovation, promoting humanitarian values. He is well-experienced in youth and volunteer development. Mr Siu currently holds serval leadership positions, including the Chairperson of the Members and Volunteers Development Committee and Council Member of the Hong Kong Red Cross, the Chairman of the Publicity & Community Relations Committee and the Convenor of the Advisory Group on Digital Economy and Information Technology of the Consumer Council. He also serves as a Member of the Human Resources Planning Commission, Youth Development Commission, Elderly Commission and Panel Member of the Municipal Services Appeals Board of the HKSAR Government.
