Mr LAI Hin-wing is a solicitor, Partner and Co-Chairman of P. C. Woo & Co., practising in the legal field for more than thirty years. Graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a bachelor of law degree, Mr Lai was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales and the State of Victoria, Australia. He is a Notary Public and a China Appointed Attesting Officer in Hong Kong. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Winfull Group Holdings Limited, Independent Non-Executive Director of Anta Sports Products Limited, Non-Executive Director of China Medical & HealthCare Group Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director of China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited.
Mr Lai has joined the Council of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra since 2001 and is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Council. His professional knowledge and enthusiasm in public service were of tremendous value to contribute to the society, including serving as Counsel Advisor of the Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong, Honorary Legal Advisor of the Youth Diabetes Action and Member of the Advisory Board of the Hong Kong Aids Foundation Limited and etc.
