Mr Gus Lee is an Associate Director at Aedas Ltd and leads a talented team at this leading international architecture and design practice. He joined the firm in 2010 and currently leads one of the award-winning design teams within the Hong Kong head office. He mainly advises private developers, listed property development companies and non-governmental organisations on their respective needs in architecture, interior design retail, graphic design, landscape, urban design and masterplanning.
Mr Lee’s work has received various international prestigious prizes including the Royal Institute of British Architects’ RIBA National Award, Civic Trust Award, Roses Design Award and Global RLI Award in the UK, Best Tall Building Award at the CTBUH Awards and the Chicago Athenaeum International Architecture Award in the US, A’ Design Award in Europe, Cityscape Award for Architecture in Emerging Markets in the UAE, as well as the A&D Trophy Award, MIPIM Asia Award, Asia Pacific Property Awards, Quality Building Award, HKIA Cross-strait Architectural Design Award and HKIA Annual Award in Asia.
Outside of Aedas, Mr Lee’s work has been exhibited in the International Architecture Biennale of Venice and volunteers as a member of Design Trust, an initiative of the Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design and supports a number of charitable organisations, including M+, Mother’s Choice, and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
