Biography
Jonathan Yang is a musician, performer, singer-songwriter and producer active in the local independent music scene. He plays bass with four-piece punk band David Boring, writes for multiple media, and in 2021 curated the multimedia installation with gaming elements “Light, all you see is light...”. Yang participated in West Kowloon’s Freespace Mixtape Vol. 1 (2017) and Vol. 3 (2020), and Choreographer & Composer Lab (2021). His debut EP It’s Time I Head South was released in 2017. Recent singles REAL and NEARLY GOD were released in advance of his upcoming LP, YESTERDAY'S IMPRESSIONS (release date 1 June 2022).
