Hong Kong-based guitarist Isaac So began his musical training studying classical piano and flute. He obtained a BA in Music from Newcastle University, UK, where he was drawn to the research in folk music and ethnomusicology. A multi-instrumental musician and educator with a dedicated knowledge of slide guitar, So performs blues, folk and other genres at venues such as the Fringe Club, Tai Kwun, K11 Musea, Freespace, Hong Kong Art Centre, Wontonmeen and Peel Fresco.
