Gut Lam graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a BFA in Sound System Design, and currently works in the field of sound engineering. He is a co-founder of new media group NATP and Nocere & Co., a collaboration exploring the boundaries of audio-visual installations in immersive spaces. His work focuses on cross-disciplinary visual and sonic media, elevating the unique aesthetics of light and sound into immersive performances and installations. Lam has participated in a range of productions, including TechBox: Interaction of colour in space (Work-in-progress) (Collaboration of Performing Arts Division of West Kowloon Cultural District and the School of Theatre and Entertainment Art of Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts), PauseRecPlay 2.0 (Clockenflap 2023), the Arts•Tech Exhibition Sensory Transcode, Magic Tea House and The Asura Judgement.
