The Comet Is Coming is a British band renowned for its distinctive fusion of jazz, electronic music, and psychedelic rock. Formed in London in 2013, the trio comprises Shabaka Hutchings (Saxophone), Danalogue (Synthesiser), and Betamax Killer (Drums). Through extensive touring, The Comet Is Coming has made a significant impact on the live music scene. It has also graced the stages of prestigious festivals such as Glastonbury Festival, Fuji Rock Festival and WOMAD Festival. The Comet Is Coming has released several acclaimed albums, including its debut album Channel the Spirits, which received a nomination for the 2016 Mercury Prize.
