Bernard Chan

Hong Kong cellist Bernard Chan received a Master of Arts degree with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music. Active in both orchestral and chamber music, Chan is a guest tutti cellist with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and a frequent soloist in Tai Kwun’s afternoon concert series. Chan is the recipient of multiple scholarships, including the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Award and the Breguet Trey Lee Performing Arts Scholarship over two consecutive years. Recently, Chan has collaborated with various local pop singers and musicians, including Jason Chen, Per se and Iris iii. He is also the main vocalist of the local professional a cappella group V Sing.
