Terms and Conditions for Redemption of Offers for Officials, Speakers, Officiating Guests and Delegates as Invitees of The Philanthropy for Better Cities Forum

  1. By presenting the Official, Speaker, Officiating Guest or Delegate badge issued by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for The Philanthropy for Better Cities Forum (“Badge”), the holder of the Badge can enjoy the offer at each applicable restaurant/café/food truck within the West Kowloon Cultural District as listed on www.westkowloon.hk/en/pbc-exclusive-offers (“Offer”).
  2. The Offers are available from 11 September to 8 October 2023.
  3. To enjoy the Offer, the Badge holder must present the Badge to the staff of the respective applicable restaurants/cafés/food trucks before ordering.
  4. The Badge is invalid if found defaced, altered or damaged. Photocopies are not accepted.
  5. The Offer is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  6. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or coupons.
  7. In respect of the food, beverages, products or services sold and/or supplied to the holder of the Badge by the respective applicable restaurants/cafés/food trucks, such restaurants/cafés/food trucks are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
  8. West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“Authority”) and the respective applicable restaurants/cafés/food trucks reserve the right to change or withdraw any Offer, and the Authority reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice and without incurring any liability to anyone whatsoever. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Authority shall be final.
  9. No person other than the parties to which these Terms and Conditions apply shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
