• Users may only redeem the Free Parking Privilege before leaving West Gate Open Car Park by presenting the corresponding Octopus card, Visa or Master card at the redemption counter. Users must enter West Gate Open Car Park between 8:00am to 10:00pm and make the redemption before 11:59pm on the same day. The Free Parking Privilege does not apply to coach parking.
• To be eligible for the Free Parking Privilege, Users must present not more than 2 original same-day electronic sales receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) (including EPS, credit card, Octopus card or mobile payment only) from purchases made in the designated restaurants, cafes or food trucks. Each eligible electronic sales receipt can be used once only. All the Free Parking Privileges are non-exchangeable for cash and non-returnable.
